At The Lovers Club, every item is made to order especially for you through our trusted European production partners.
This allows us to reduce waste and create pieces with care instead of mass production.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship exclusively within the European Union (EU).

Processing Time

All orders are made-to-order.

Please allow:

  • 2–5 business days for production and processing before shipment.

Processing times may vary during:

  • holidays

  • launches

  • high-volume periods

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

European Union

  • 3–8 business days

Estimated total delivery time:

  • 5–12 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • destination country

  • local courier delays

  • seasonal demand

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • we cannot guarantee changes once production has started

  • orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

We will work with the shipping carrier and our production partners to assist you.

Split Shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on:

  • product type

  • production partner

  • availability

If this happens, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.

Customs & Import Fees

As all orders are fulfilled within the European Union through EU-based production partners, customers should generally not experience additional customs duties or import charges.
