Refund & Return Policy

At The Lovers Club, every item is made to order specifically for you through our production partner, Printify.
Because of this, we do not accept general returns or exchanges like traditional retail stores.

However, if there is an issue with your order, we’ll always do our best to make it right.

Eligible Refund & Replacement Cases

We offer refunds or replacements for the following situations:

  • Damaged products

  • Wrong item received

  • Printing defects or significant print quality issues

  • Manufacturing defects

If your order arrives with any of the issues above, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To submit a claim, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item (maximum 5 images)

  • A short video clearly showing the issue when applicable

Claims without sufficient evidence may not be approved.

In most approved cases, you will not be required to return the item.


Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Situations

Because all products are made to order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Ordering the wrong color

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout

  • Minor print placement variations (within industry tolerance standards)

  • Slight DTG print alignment variations of less than 0.5 inches / 1.27 cm

Please carefully review sizing charts and product details before placing your order.


EU Consumer Rights

Under EU consumer protection laws, customized and made-to-order products may be exempt from the standard 14-day withdrawal/right of cancellation, as each item is produced specifically upon order.

Therefore, unless the item is defective or incorrect, orders cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once production has started.


Flexible Customer Support

Even when an order does not qualify for a full refund under this policy, we believe in treating our customers fairly.

Depending on the situation, we may offer support on a case-by-case basis, including:

  • Partial refunds

  • One-time discount codes

  • Replacement assistance

Our goal is always to find a fair solution whenever possible.


Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

We will work with the shipping carrier and production partner to investigate and resolve the issue.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already entered production or shipping, we may not be able to replace or refund the order.
